At Teenydeer, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please find the details regarding our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship our products with secure tracking worldwide.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

Processing time: All orders are verified, prepared, and handed over to our carrier within 1 to 3 business days following purchase confirmation.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Delivery Times and Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated home delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Note: While we do our best to meet these delivery times, delays beyond our control (customs clearance, postal strikes, extreme weather conditions) may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or more.

For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and transparently displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You will be able to track the journey of your cleansing brush in real time.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately at the email address provided on our contact page so we can open an investigation and find a quick solution.
