Refund Policy

At Teenydeer, our goal is to provide you with an flawless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your facial cleansing brush, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You have a period of 30 days after receiving your package to request a return and refund, without having to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it.

• Unused, clean, and free of any cosmetic product residue.

• In its original intact packaging, with all accessories (charging cable, manual).

2. Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable (unless the product arrived defective).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return procedure, please send an email to our customer service team at support@teenydeer.com, stating your name, order number, and the reason for your request. Our team will provide you with the corresponding return address.

Please do not send the product back directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your cleansing brush arrives defective, damaged, or fails to function properly upon turning it on, please contact us within 48 hours. Send us a clear description along with a short video showing the issue to support@teenydeer.com. After verification, we will send you a new replacement device or issue a full refund at our expense.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
